Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 7 days.  If 7 days have elapsed since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only refund or exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please inform us via email to info@roomtobloom.com.au.  Let us know your order number, product(s) you are returning and the reason.  We will then contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns will only be made to the original purchaser, not to the gift recipient.

To complete your return, you must pack the product(s) securely and send it to us using a trackable shipping service.  Please include a copy of your invoice and send your parcel to:

Please do not send your product(s) back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s).  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
