Shipping is available Australia-wide. All parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $200, or upgrade to Express shipping for $5.
Orders under $200 incur a flat shipping rate of $15 for Standard shipping or $20 for Express shipping.
Can you ship my parcel to a third party?
Yes, in fact, most Room to Bloom orders are shipped to a third party (eg. the gift recipient). Packing slips and receipts are never enclosed. Please ensure the Shipping Address is correct during checkout and be sure to include address details such as apartment/unit numbers where applicable.  If a parcel comes back marked 'return to sender' or 'unclaimed’ a $25.00 re-shipping fee applies to resend your package.
How can I track my parcel?
Australia Post Tracking Notifications are sent by SMS to the phone number you enter at the Checkout (under Delivery).  You may choose to provide your phone number or the phone number of the recipient should your order be shipped to a third party. If Australia Post matches this phone number to an existing My Post account, notifications will be sent via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. Â
Should you provide the recipient's phone number, it's highly advisable to let your recipient know there is something coming for them. Though we do understand your hamper may be a surprise, it's best to avoid any confusion that may arise from them receiving unexpected Australia Post notifications.
For orders above $50, a signature on delivery is required. This means that a parcel WILL NOT be left unattended at an address. This measure is taken to prevent the possibility of theft or weather damage. If no-one is available at the shipping address to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office for collection.Â
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped (ie. dispatched) within 24 hours (or 1 business day). It is advisable to place your order by 12pm for fastest shipping.
Estimated delivery times below are for Standard shipping, and apply from the day your order is dispatched. Always allow additional time for orders to arrive during holiday periods, such as Christmas.

Express shipping is available for faster shipping. Please note, limited postcodes are serviced within the Express Post delivery network. A full list of these postcodes is available here.  Express shipping does not guarantee next day delivery.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, free curbside pick up from Room to Bloom's location in Vermont, Victoria is available. Simply choose the "Pick Up" option when checking out. Once your order is ready (usually within 4 business hours, Monday - Friday), you will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email with the pickup instructions, including the collection address and instructions for arranging a suitable pickup time.
