Shipping is available Australia-wide.
Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $150, or upgrade to Express shipping for $5.
Orders under $150 incur a flat shipping rate of $15 for Standard shipping or $20 for Express shipping.
All parcels are tracked. For orders above $50, a signature on delivery is required. If no-one is available at the shipping address to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be redirected to a collection point and a re-delivery advice card will be left.*
* In response to COVID-19, delivery services have announced they will no longer obtain a signature on delivery. This is to reduce the contact necessary between receiver and driver. Someone is still required to be present at the residence to accept the parcel, otherwise it will be redirected to a collection point and a re-delivery advice card will be left. On delivery or collection of the parcel, the receiver's name will be recorded. Due to this change, it is not guaranteed that Proof of Purchase can be supplied on request.
Can you ship my parcel to a third party?
Yes, in fact, most Room to Bloom orders are shipped to a third party (eg. the gift recipient). Packing slips and receipts are never enclosed. Please ensure the Shipping Address is correct during checkout and be sure to include address details such as apartment numbers where applicable. If a parcel comes back marked 'return to sender' or 'unclaimed’ a $25.00 re-shipping fee applies to resend your package.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Covid-19 has impacted shipping times, and in some cases is leading to extensive delays. These delivery delays are the result of an increase in the volume of parcels being shipped (Christmas-like volumes), increased air-freight, social distancing regulations and ongoing required self-isolation of parcel service employees. These factors are currently affecting all parcel service operators.
Despite these challenges, I am satisfied Australia Post is doing all it can to deliver your orders as soon as possible whilst maintaining a safe environment for their staff and customers.
To minimise any potential delays, I always dispatch your gift within 1 business day. If you are requiring your gift urgently, I recommend you select the Express Post shipping option during checkout which is $20, $5 more than standard shipping or free shipping (depending on the value of your order). This upgrade will give your parcel priority once shipped.
Please check your parcel tracking for your parcel's shipping status. A link to this can be found on the email you receive once your order has been fulfilled. Please note, I have access to the same parcel tracking information as you and unfortunately do not have any control over delivery times. Once your order has been fulfilled, any enquiries regarding your delivery can be made directly with the carrier (this is usually Australia Post), although I am always happy to discuss any issues and assist where possible.

Express shipping is available for faster shipping. Please note, limited postcodes are serviced within the Express Post delivery network. A full list of these postcodes is available here. Express shipping does not guarantee next day delivery.
Always allow additional time for orders to arrive during holiday periods, such as Christmas.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, free curbside pick up from Room to Bloom's location in Vermont, Victoria is available. Simply choose the "Pick Up" option when checking out. Once your order is ready (usually within 24 hours/1 business day), you will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email with the pickup instructions, including the collection address and instructions for arranging a suitable pickup time.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions impacting international delivery services with delayed deliveries and escalating costs, quotations for shipping internationally are not currently being supplied.
