I hope you and your families are keeping well at this challenging time.  We have certainly found ourselves in unusual and unprecedented circumstances.
If you are reading this, chances are, you have welcomed or are just about to welcome a new little person into your life.  I understand you may have concerns with regard to sending a package to a home with a newborn child and so it is very thoughtful of you to be addressing this concern.
I operate my business from my home, where I have been in lockdown with my husband and two children for several weeks now. We have only been leaving the house for exercise and essential supplies and taking all necessary precautions when doing so.  
I always wash my hands before arranging gifts and clean work surfaces regularly.
All my supplies are delivered to me with contactless delivery from reputable suppliers who are also following protocols to protect themselves, their staff and their customers.
I am operating as usual, and the estimated delivery times on my website are mostly accurate, however Australia Post is reporting some delays due to increased volume, fewer flights and greater measures being taken to protect its staff.  If you would like to read more about what Australia Post is operating during the Coronavirus update, please click on this link
Please note, delivery services have announced ‘Signature on Delivery’ parcels may be changed to ‘Authority to Leave’ in order to reduce the contact necessary between receiver and driver.  In most cases however, if there is no-one at your shipping address, your parcel will be redirected to a local post office or pick-up-point for collection.
Current social restrictions have led to a large increase in the volume of orders.  At times, you may notice my collection of Baby Gift Hampers is smaller than usual.  If this is the case, please be patient as I am focussing my attention on arranging and delivering received orders and more Baby Gift Hampers will be added to the collection soon. Alternatively, Create your own Customised Gift Hamper, and your order will be prioritised.
